Alpine Model: (shown above) This A-frame has 1920 sq ft, 2 bathrooms and large kitchen. Final pricing on this model has not yet been finalized however we hope to complete it for between $190,000 and $225,000. See floor plans>> & loft >>

Chelsey Model: A very cute 2 bedroom 828 sq ft cottage with another great loft. The goal with both of these models was to introduce a great cottage which is affordable. This price is not yet confirmed either however we hope to bring this cottage in between $135,000 to $165,000. See floor plans>> & loft>> Both models have been designed to be the best price available and therefore will not offer many alterations and are available as a full turn key cottage only. We hope to have a show home model available soon.

Wow what a great Christmas holiday at Cottage Cove. A beautiful snow fall Christmas Eve and Day, 6 inches in for just those two days. Skating on the pond Christmas Eve was right out of a Christmas card and Pat flooded the rink again in the morning, made for a great family week filled with memeories.The community feeling and neighborly life style that we wanted to create Cottage Cove came to fruition this season. We ar every pleased with this.


There are now 106 school age children at Cottage Cove. Lots of activity and life if you want but also the quiet seclusion for when we don't want so much to do.

The cottage owners party in January was great. The goal is to have cottagers come together early in the ski season to get reacquainted with each other and to get that sense of community starting early and that it did. There are plans for a tin can curling event, dinner nights, wine nights and art classes for those that want to and for those that want to relax and read a book/watch a movie the ambiance is perfect for that too.

The marina/dock plans are coming along well. It has been a pleasure working with MB Conservation and the MB Government on this. There is also lots of interest from many cottagers to develop more amenities at Cottage Cove. Amenities for all ages, age 3-103.

Ski outs: All of the original system of ski in/out trails are now packed and in good shape. By now Pat should have all of the other short cuts finished (cut, trimmed) and packed.
